- Customer Service/ Professionalism- these folks will be out at customer facing sites working with medical staff so it is very important in hygiene, professional dress attire, and people skills.
- Troubleshooting Skills- hardware and software
- Reliable Transportation/Own vehicle- they will be traveling to 30 different locations/sites around the Springfield, MA and Connecticut area (50-60 miles) and communication and reliability are extremely important in the success of this project.

Must be able to travel using personal vehicles with mileage reimbursement and lift to 50LBS working nights and weekends week 1.

They will work weekends and night shift. For instance starting March 8th (first day) they are planning to work 1-10P and then Sauturday and SUnday 9-5with week days being 7-3:30, 8-4:30, or 9-5:30.
