Position: Pharmacy Technician Supervisor
Location: California
Setting:Hospital
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (No weekends)
Duration: 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Create, manage, and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal pharmacy operations.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring pliance with standards and regulations.
• Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative tasks. Experience with MedKeeper is required, and knowledge of SharePoint is preferred.
• Pharmacy Systems: Familiarity with Pyxis and narcotic handling is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor.
• Licensure: Current and unencumbered California Pharmacy Technician license.
• Union Environment: Previous experience in a union environment is preferred but not required.
