Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a payroll background for a plastics manufacturer that recently moved from New York to a brand-new facility in Spring Hill. Position: HR Generalist

Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Salary: Up to $55,000 per year

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Location: Spring Hill, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll accurately / timekeeping
• Maintain and update payroll information by collecting and entering data
• Calculate employee wages, deductions, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payroll reports for management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Prepare and submit required reports, such as quarterly and annual tax filings.
• Full cycle recruitment
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures
• Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

Requirements:

• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
• 1-3 years of HR and payroll experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• HR payroll platform such as Paychex Plus, or similar preferred
