Job Title: Permanent Call Center Representative
Location: Deer Park, NY
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Hourly Rate: $21.40-$22.40/hr (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Representative in the Deer Park, NY area. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls within a medical call center environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with EPIC and CISCO phone systems, direct customer service, and/or call center experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues.
- Utilize EPIC and CISCO phone systems to manage call flows and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve various issues related to patient accounts and appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
- Be flexible to work occasional evenings until 8 PM and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with EPIC and CISCO phone systems is PLUS not a MUST
- Demonstrated customer service and/or call center experience, whether that be retail, or back office in a medical setting.
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and Saturdays.
