We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Framingham, Massachusetts, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom Salesforce objects, managing user profile information, and collaborating with the sales team to establish effective workflows. You will also be tasked with generating reports and handling data input.
Responsibilities:
• Develop custom Salesforce objects to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Manage and update user profile information to ensure accuracy and relevancy
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective and efficient workflows
• Generate comprehensive reports to aid in decision making and strategic planning
• Handle data input tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize Cisco and Linux technologies in day-to-day tasks
• Administer Salesforce CPQ and perform necessary customizations
• Design page layouts in Salesforce to improve user experience
• Develop roadmaps for future development and enhancements
• Ensure the smooth operation of data workflows across various platforms.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar position
• Proficient in Cisco Technologies and Linux Technologies
• Experience with Salesforce Administration is required
• Understanding of Data workflows and Development roadmaps
• Knowledge in Page Layout Design and Salesforce CPQ
• Ability to execute customization tasks as per the project requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently
• Proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
