Swoon is looking for an HR LOA coordinator for one of its clients, a big name in the Financial Services Industry!
**Responsibilities:**
- Support the administration of leave of absences in accordance with company policies and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Partner with vendors, management, and employee relations representatives to evaluate and research issues related to leaves of absence.
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Audit leave records to ensure accuracy, resolve payroll inquiries, and ensure leave of absence components of employee pay are accurate.
- Enter paid time off into Workday and ensure time is properly reflected in timekeeping systems.
- Coordinate return from leaves with security and employee relations teams. Partner with vendors, management, and employee relations to evaluate and research issues regarding leave of absence matters.
- Collaborate with vendors and Payroll to ensure seamless state disability and military leave offset processes. Ensure Workday status is accurate and worker's compensation time is entered appropriately.
- Maintain exception requests for manual checks with Payroll and monitor family care leaves.
