The role primarily involves developing financial models, analyzing company performance, and assisting with strategies to improve profitability. Responsibilities:
• Develop financial models and analytical tools for both internal and external audiences
• Analyze and summarize consolidated company performance for the senior leadership team
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing and forecasting the organization's performance
• Assist the finance team and leadership team in developing and implementing strategies to generate revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability
• Provide financial analysis and expertise to certain functions and business support teams as required
• Offer financial advice and counsel on select company and business unit operating initiatives
• Use skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting - Forecasting, and Ad Hoc Analysis to drive results and make strategic recommendations.• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in financial analysis is essential for this position
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting is required
• The ability to conduct ad hoc analysis is a must
• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
