Position Title: Controller
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Summary:

LHH is partnering with a prominent company in Tulsa is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join their Management Team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring compliance with GAAP, overseeing financial reporting, and collaborating with department managers on budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance Department, including management of accounting functions (AP, AR, GL) and financial planning activities.

• Oversee the month-end closing process, preparation of financial statements, and internal management reports.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.

• Develop and manage an effective accounting team.

• Maintain relationships with banking and lending institutions for capital needs.

• Supervise budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

• Communicate financial needs and issues to executive management.

• Uphold the company’s values and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of finance/accounting management experience

• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.

• CPA certification required; MBA is desirable.
