CLient is looking for a strong HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on creating accurate payroll reports, resolving current data issues, and cross-training with payroll personnel. As we transition from UKG and plan to outsource payroll, this role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret HR and payroll data to produce detailed reports.
- Identify and resolve data inaccuracies and issues related to payroll.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to cross-train on current processes.
- Support the transition out of the UKG system, ensuring data integrity.
- Develop and implement new reporting mechanisms aligned with outsourced payroll systems.
- Assist with data migration and ensure accuracy during the transition process.
- Liaise with HR and Payroll teams to meet reporting deadlines.
- Strong experience in HR data analytics, particularly in payroll reporting.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, including UKG (experience transitioning from UKG a plus).
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in cross-training and collaborating with payroll and benefits teams.
