We are seeking a meticulous HRIS Analyst to join our team in Encinitas, California. In this role, you will be providing full HRIS support, managing various HR systems, and serving as the main point of contact for all HRIS related inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will have the chance to collaborate with various departments, such as IT, Accounting, and Payroll, to ensure smooth operation of HR systems.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full HRIS support for the HCM system, including but not limited to Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Self-Service, Learning, Security, Org Setup, Reporting, etc.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of new HR modules.
• Manage the transition to an electronic personnel file system and oversee all compliance reporting.
• Maintain the HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) to Accounting software (Deltek Vision) API and handle all HRIS support tickets.
• Review, test, and implement HCM upgrades and patches, resolving any system issues and recommending improvements.
• Work closely with the HR Director to prioritize system requirements and enhancements.
• Perform mass data imports, report on data discrepancies, propose solutions, and resolve technical problems as needed.
• Stay updated with trends in Human Capital Management, focusing on product and service development, delivery, and support.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation related to the HCM and train team members on new processes and functionality.
• Act as the key point of contact for the HCM vendor.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in the use of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Demonstrated experience with Ceridian and Ceridian Payroll System
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Proven skills in Auditing and Compliance
• Expertise in Benefit Functions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Ready software
• Proficiency in using Dayforce software
