Hey there! Soliant is on the lookout for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our awesome team aroundChelsea, Massachusetts. What You'll Do:

• Assess and Plan: Figure out the causes of challenging behaviors and create customized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for each student.
• Intervene and Support: Use proven behavioral strategies to help students reach their academic and behavioral goals. Youll work one-on-one and in small groups.
• Team Up: Work with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure everyone is on the same page with behavior plans.
• Track Progress: Keep an eye on student progress and tweak plans as needed.
• Train and Guide: Help teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff with behavioral strategies.
• Document Everything: Maintain detailed records of student progress and behavior data.
• Collaborate: Join meetings with school teams and parents to discuss student progress and make necessary changes.

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or something similar.
• BCBA certification is a must.
• Experience working with elementary-aged kids, ideally in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and evidence-based interventions.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well with students, parents, and staff.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to students' needs.
