We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a MECM/Intune Engineer in Woodbridge, New Jersey. As an integral part of our IT team, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities related to Intune administration, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and modern device management technologies. Your role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the transition from SCCM to Intune across a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Administer, optimize, and ensure compliance of Intune for efficient management of devices.
• Streamline the number of MDM solutions in use and consolidate into Intune where suitable.
• Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for the deployment and configuration of devices.
• Oversee and maintain third-party patch management processes to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, network, and support teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Intune and associated MDM technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and IT staff.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Intune, MDM, and related technologies, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Database management and Dell Technologies
• Experience with AB Testing and Active Directory is required
• Familiarity with AWS Technologies and Backup Technologies is essential
• Proficient in Cluster Analysis and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Demonstrated experience in using Windows Intune and Microsoft SCCM
• Experience in Migration and Application Deployments is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Windows 10 and MDM Technologies is a must
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
