We are in search of a Part-time Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. This role involves working in the construction industry, specifically in the area of payroll and accounting functions. Offering a short term contract employment opportunity, the selected candidate will be tasked with ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with weekly payrolls using accounting software systems.
• Assist with inquiries related to payroll and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Use Viewpoint Vista for managing and processing payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to auditing standards and regulations.
• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a payroll coordinator role or similar capacity.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Must have experience in managing Weekly Payroll.
• Must be able to work part-time hours.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
