We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Systems Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex IT environments and a proven ability to deliver exceptional technical solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to guide clients through their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to clients across networking, mobility, virtualization, security, and cloud-based solutions.
• Evaluate, recommend, implement, manage, and execute new technologies to enhance IT infrastructure.
• Optimize network, compute, security, and availability performance by updating existing infrastructure.
• Develop and lead IT strategies to align networking, compute, and storage infrastructure with business needs, regulatory compliance, and budget constraints.
• Ensure high operational resiliency through expertise in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud architectures and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and documentation skills while effectively managing multiple projects independently.
• Contribute to proposal development, product research, and client-facing sales meetings as needed.
• Adhere to IT governance principles and standards.

Requirements

• Possess exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Offer a minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining and supporting diverse technology environments.
• Demonstrate proven consulting experience (preferred).
• Maintain industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft expert certifications (Cloud technology), CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of operating systems, connectivity, security, and information management.
• Possess advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrate in-depth expertise in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, EMS, Entra ID, Purview, Compliance, device management, Azure IaaS, Azure App Services, and web application firewalls.
• Maintain a solid understanding of AI and CoPilot concepts.
• Possess experience with AWS and Google Cloud services.
• Demonstrate a successful track record of leading the transition from on-premise to cloud environments.
• Exhibit proficiency in identity services like Active Directory and Okta.
• Possess hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Demonstrate expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
