Duties:
Use case development, story grooming, business case planning, defining MVP. product release planning, Technical refinement with architects and releasing value to customers is needed.
Leads the product launch and lifecycle activities for new products and services through product development process, from conception to launch, and provide on-going support throughout the product lifecycle.
Manages cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, implementation and validation through to initial launch or lifecycle of a service.
Defines functional requirements for wireless services.
Manages product development including product requirements gathering and definition, project planning, project management, budgeting, financial acumen, test design and execution, long term tactical roadmap and release management and planning.
Communicates product requirements to various organizations such as IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Sales.
Leads vendor selection process, delivery, quality required.
Develops, maintains, and distributes, standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including: implementation plan, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
Qualifications:
Must be a Technical Product Manager in Sales acquisition funnel. (focused on buyflow/config experiences).
5+ years Technical Product manager experience in an e-commerce industry.
UI/UX Front end experience is required.
Knowledge of microservices, swagger, basic understanding of react applications is preferred.
Product metrics, insights, VOC analysis is a must
Scrum experience as a product owner running the day to day is required.
Bachelor Degree preferred
Technical certification preferred

It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
