Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: The Sous Chef is the Executive Chefs right-hand person, making sure the all-menu items are executed with excellence 100% of the time. For us, our cuisine is a matter of pride; we know that we cant treat our guests to an amazing experience if we dont have a talented Sous Chef. The Sous Chef must be culinary driven because here you will work with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchens, top of the line equipment, and standards of operation that are simply unmatched in our industry. As a Sous Chef, you will be the primary ?go-to? for the kitchen staff, meaning you must be available to your team while staying on top of the functions of the kitchen. Qualifications:
· The Sous Chef must always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation while maintaining a guest-focused mentality
· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction are requirements for the Sous Chef
· A solid track record is achieving financial results is a must for the Sous Chef
· The Sous Chef must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
· High volume experience of 3+ years experience in kitchen management is a must for this position
