We are searching for a Finance IT Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. This role involves the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of our financial systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and EPBCS. The Finance IT Manager will be a crucial part of our Information Technology team, collaborating closely with Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities
• Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of financial systems within the organization.
• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud suite, including Budget and Planning, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Inventory and Logistics.
• Conduct scoping and design sessions to align with business requirements and translate these into potential system improvements or implementations.
• Develop automated processes within Oracle for enhanced reporting and system integration.
• Identify and enhance reporting needs to improve financial and inventory management performance.
• Manage system security and compliance, using Risk Management to prevent and detect segregation of duties.
• Develop system controls and processes that are compliant with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead projects and implement change initiatives as a technical expert within a specific product or process area.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the organization’s financial systems.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in System Administration is required
• Familiarity with HCM Saas Oracle Fusion is essential
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a must
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase is required
• Experience in System Implementation is crucial
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation is beneficial.
