Ledgent is seeking a Senior Accountant with expertise in SEC reporting for one of our clients in Tampa! This SEC Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Requirements:
BA in accounting/finance or related field
* 3+ years of progressive experience in both public and/or industry accounting preferred.
* Strong understanding of SEC reporting and US GAAP.
* Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS
* Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Candidate should possess exceptional analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Candidate should possess strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
* Candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks.
