Blazerjobs is proud to partner with the local school district in Saginaw, MI to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position. We are committed to providing exceptional professionals to support the communication and language needs of students in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support students' communication needs in the classroom and at home.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs.
