Job Description:

Soliant Staffing is looking for a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to provide remote support to schools in Maryland. As a School Psychologist, you will work in collaboration with educators, administrators, and parents to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This position is a 1099 independent contractor role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide remote counseling and intervention services to students.
• Assist in crisis prevention and intervention
• Attend virtual meetings and consultations with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to special education

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Maryland School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and technology
• 2 years of experience in the school setting
