Remote School Psychologist (Contract, 1099) - Nevada

Introduction:

VocoVision, a leader in teletherapy services, is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. This position allows you to work remotely from within Nevada, providing valuable support to students in need of psychological services. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' eligibility for special education services.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct intervention services and counseling to students as outlined in their IEPs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid Nevada School Psychologist license or ability to obtain.
• NASP certification preferred.
• Must be comfortable with 1099 contract
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology. (must pass technical screening)
• Ability to obtain professional liability insurance prior to assignment
