• Academic Year: 2024/2025
• Employment Type: 1099 Contract

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students through online platforms.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Facilitate engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to address and support students' communication and educational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, documenting each session and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Minnesota SLP license (CCC)
• Active Minnesota teaching certificate
• At least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting
• Experience in providing virtual therapy services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet (no Chromebooks or tablets)

• Hourly rate: $40-55/hr (based on district budget and candidate experience)

1. Screening Call: 10-15 minute call with a VocoVision recruiter.
2. Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute interview with the school district.
3. Offer: Typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
