Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing substance abuse issues or severe mental illness? I am a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide vital individual, group, and family therapy to residents of a subsidized apartment building specifically designed to support individuals dealing with substance abuse and/or severe persistent mental illness (SPMI). The ideal candidate will thrive in an off-site environment, demonstrating creativity and independence while engaging a diverse population. While experience with individual and group therapy is crucial, those with a license are preferred.
Schedule. This position is fully In-person/On-site working Monday - Friday, flexing hours as needed between 8:30am-6:30 pm (8.5 hours/day)

Essential Duties:
?Facilitate recovery and optimal quality of life in clients with behavioral health concerns, by providing clinical services, case management and education. In collaboration with the client, create and carry out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure.
?Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual, family and/or group therapy with assigned clients.
?Develop and monitor treatment plans; update at required intervals.
?Consult with internal and external professionals and collaterals to ensure access to needed services and proactive coordination of care.
?Provide clinical case-management services as needed. Provide crisis intervention as appropriate.
Requirements:
?Licensed Therapist preferred with: at least two years clinical experience providing care including conducting individual, family and/or group therapy
?Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record with proficiency.
?Solid understanding of mental illness and treatment modalities within multidisciplinary approach.
