Position Overview:

As a Licensed Masters-level Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC), you'll collaborate with our Clinical Director and referral sources to deliver integrated and focused mental-health services. Responsibilities include self-scheduling, conducting initial and ongoing evaluations, delivering individual therapies, promoting family communication, and maintaining timely, high-quality clinical documentation.

Position Specifics:

• Position: Licensed Masters-level Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC)
• Hours: Part-time to start (5 - 10 hours per week), with potential for expansion.
• Type: Contractor (1099)
• Location: Virtual for teletherapy clients, allowing you to live anywhere with reliable high-speed internet and maintain appropriate state licensure.

Requirements:

Arizona Regulatory Licensing (any one of the following):

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW): Master's degree in social work or related human services.
• Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs, LMFTs, LMHCs): Master's degree in appropriate area of study.

Strong self-motivation and ability to maintain mutually agreed-upon client caseloads.
