We are looking for a medical assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced oncology center in Sarasota. The medical assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, performing phlebotomy, preparing blood samples for lab testing, scheduling patients, and recording patient information. We prefer candidates with some healthcare experience and strong customer service skills, potentially from working in a restaurant or as a hostess. The ideal candidate will be professional, take initiative, and possess strong customer service abilities. We are open to candidates looking to break into the field with only a diploma.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 13 Week(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Sarasota, Florida.

Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch
