Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural environment training, child development, and trauma informed care. The Endeavor Program at Carriage House provides children with group and individual therapy within a developmentally appropriate setting. Combining best practice with childhood developmental strategies, Endeavor creates a bridge between 1:1 ABA services and the school setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide patient care and support in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
-Supervise a team of at least four Registered Behavior Technicians according to BACB regulations
Skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and their families
