MADISON is currently seeking a Project Manager with experience within a fully remote work force to join our team.
Our project managers are deeply embedded with their client accounts. As the primary client contact, they have the top-line responsibility for overall client satisfaction and retention, as well as the day-to-day management of their programs. They understand the overall business drivers of their clients and work closely with them to develop their overall interactive strategy ensuring that all the work we do supports the strategy. This candidate will have a vital role in ensuring overall client satisfaction and strengthening the company’s relationship with key accounts.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working as a Project Manager and relationship manager within the Web Space. This candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of their client’s business while becoming the subject matter expert for their client’s incentive programs and have a proven track record of working effectively across a variety of audiences (clients, sales, marketing, customer service and technical teams). This candidate MUST have minimum of 3 years of remote project management experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel within your portfolio of accounts.
- Lead the new client onboarding process, coordinating between our clients and internal development teams on meeting deliverables on time and under budget (i.e. Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Network Operations).
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Effectively collaborate with the internal team to identify and resolve any program impediments that arise.
- Ensure that client issues and customer service escalations are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
- Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Take initiative to suggest opportunities for account growth and new business projects.
- Perform routine operational testing, performance reporting and projections.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to ensure strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Requirements/Key Skills:
- Must have 5+ years of project management, customer relationship management, or equivalent experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively while managing multiple deadlines and projects of varying size and complexity.
- Understanding of SAAS products and how to manage client relationships that use them.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Ability to think outside of the immediate environment and predict issues the customer is likely to have before they have them and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strike the appropriate balance between meeting the client’s needs and the needs of the organization.
- Ability to brainstorm and creatively solve problems.
- Experience presenting to different business leaders within an organization, including client leadership/C-suite
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Self-directed, able to work independently without a high degree of supervision.
- Communicate across cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc)
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar programs/budgets a plus.

Salary range $90-120K
