Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturing company in Crosby, TX a rea. We are looking for a talented Senior Process Engineer to assist operations team in troubleshooting production related issues.

Pay: 160,000 to 170,000

Job Overview:

• Identify opportunities to lower production costs and batch cycle times
• Evaluate plant processing capabilities and limitations
• Work with process chemists to resolve production issues
• Work with maintenance team to resolve equipment issues
• Provide Process Safety Management (PSM) support

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, advanced degree a plus.
• Must have experience with Chemical Manufacturing. Specifically Tolling experience
• Both batch and continuous processing, distillation, filtration, and solids, handling.
• Creating SOP's, RCA, CA, and troubleshooting equipment. 
• Experience with Flares, Oxidizers, and Wastewater Treatment Plants are a plus.
• Strong Chemistry knowledge; Alkoxylation, Maleation, Esterification, and Amine-acid Reactions
• Extensive PSM experience required, including participation in Process Hazard Analysis, Management of Change and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews
