Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Pay rate: $81-$84/hr. DOE

Duties:

Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. SQL ETL, statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining. Help to produce ad hoc data and reports using Tableau. Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations. Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements. May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information. May occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise to read/write SQL and construct ETL/data pipelines
• Strong expertise in developing data visualizations in Tableau
• Ability to find data sets for analysis, perform deep analysis, mine insights, and recommend actions to key stakeholders
• Experiences in A/B testing and randomized controlled experimentation - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Prior experience with paid marketing channels and software technology category a plus
• Able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive projects

Education:

Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
