Our Fulfillment Center Supervisors are hands on leaders driving a team of warehouse associates to process orders in our warehouses.  They are the key engine of our warehouse production ensuring the daily needs of our customers are met.  They work directly for our General Managers and in partnership with our Client Services team to deliver an exceptional result for our customers.  A successful Fulfillment Center Supervisor has a clear path to management as Go Direct expands and opens new facilities.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of warehouse associates and ensure they are processing orders efficiently and accurately
• Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
• Create monthly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff.
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
