We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will help with day to day HR duties while always following Provision Concepts standards and policies that exemplify the company's values in the execution of their job duties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send offer letters
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and facilitating offboarding for any terminated employees
• Calculating and processing bi-weekly payroll for all entities
• Responsible for new hire benefit orientations and enrolling new hires for benefits and maintaining benefits for all eligible employees
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure workers compensation premiums are up to date and any other workers compensation requirements
• Maintain employee 401k program compliance and administration, enrollments, terminations and payroll deduction upload
• Setting up and spearheading Open Enrollment
• Responsible for ensuring the company is compliant with federal and state employment laws
• Responsible for assisting employees with any payroll or HR related issues or questions, responding to employment verifications and unemployment claims
• Keep the company directory and management review calendar up to date
• Coordinating approval for Corporate HQ and General Managers PTO and approving within payroll system
• Assist the Corporate HQ staff in any way needed or asked to complete day to day tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Must be flexible, versatile, and a self-starter that can problem solve
