Exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join client in Hatfield PA

 

Direct Hire

Onsite

Salary $70-$80k

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile and review accounts including bank statements, general ledgers, and other financial records.
  • Performs general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
  • Implement month-end and year-end close process.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Provide outside auditors with assistance, gather necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
  • File required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
  • Three to five years of accounting experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting.
  • Highly proficient with accounting software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables.
