• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What you will do:

• Assist the maintenance department in troubleshooting equipment issues, including diagnosing problems with PLC ladder logic and data handling functions
• Keep PLC documentation updated as provided by equipment suppliers, and maintain an archive of PLC programs and machine control drawings in both electronic and/or paper formats throughout the facility
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and enhance automated equipment, including devices, I/O modules, instruments, and other components related to automated processes, to meet production and safety objectives
• Provide support for various I/O devices connected to PLCs, such as HMIs, scanners, remote I/O modules, sensors, relays, solenoids, and assist maintenance staff in troubleshooting pneumatic circuits
• Work to improve equipment uptime and contribute to the overall reliability of plant maintenance

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of experience required
• Associate degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience preferred
