Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical work. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects, from start-up to closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear communication
• Prepare and issue RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation
• Monitor project costs, labor, materials, and overall profitability
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and industry standards
• Provide leadership and support to on-site supervisors and electricians

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management, mandatory in commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving, communication
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and electrical estimating tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
