We have a great opportunity for individuals with medical coding and medical insurance experiences! We have full time, first shift claims adjuster roles with a great company in Largo! This client does offer PTO and insurance when you are hired into the company.
Duties:
- Work with individuals to review insurance claims and make determinations on eligibility
- Use ICD 10 codes and CPT4 codes to code claims appropriately
- Work with customers to understand their issues and/or insurance problems to determine the best course of action
- Review bills to make sure there aren't any errors
Skills:
- Previous experience with Medicare insurance claims is preferred
- Previous decision making authority on claims
- Strong working history using ICD 10 and CPT 4
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong general computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products
