Job Description:

• Managing a patient’s healthcare plan according to the Physician’s instructions • Bathing and grooming the patient daily • Checking temperature, blood pressure, pulse and other vital signs. • Administering and maintaining a record of all prescribed medication • Checking for infection, bedsores and wounds in the patient • Educating and advising Caregivers in the household • Dressing or redressing wounds and assessing the progress of healing • Developing and improving the healthcare plan in collaboration with other healthcare personnel in the household • Providing palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable • Make recommendations for devices and tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life

$25.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN License, LPN (Preferred)
