We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide who is also capable of providing reliable transportation for our clients. The ideal candidate will offer exceptional personal care and support to clients in their homes, as well as ensure safe and timely transportation to appointments and activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Household Support: Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, cooking, and laundry.

- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversation and activities.

- Transportation: Use your own reliable and clean vehicle to transport clients to medical appointments, social activities, and other destinations as needed.

- Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during transportation, including assisting with entry and exit from the vehicle and ensuring proper use of seat belts.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and transportation services rendered.

- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATION:

• Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• The Caregiver shall have successfully completed a written competency evaluation, background screening, and DMV screening.
• HHA/STNA certification a plus
• Must have clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• HIGH School Diploma
• CPR/First Aide certification

·       Transportation: Reliable, clean vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving and transportation duties.
