The Opportunity
DescriptionWe're looking for a Clinical Supervisor, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Pasadena, California, United States.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee therapists and lead therapists for residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Drawing on your compassion and experience working with underrepresented and diverse communities, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight across departments to ensure high quality care and coordination aimed at enhancing children’s mental well-being.
What your day looks like as a Clinical Supervisor at Hillsides:
- Provide oversight of therapists and lead therapists for residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
- Provide oversight for all clinical documentation assigned to supervisees.
- Provide on-call crisis support on a rotating basis.
- Provide training within direct report team as well as to new hires as indicated.
- Assist with other duties as needed.

- By attending on-going training sessions and staff meetings, you will continue to develop your skills and participate in program and policy development as needed.
Experience Required for Your Success
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will bring:
- A master’s degree in a Social Welfare or counseling from an accredited college or university
- Licensed with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and 2 years of post-licensure experience.
- Working knowledge of DMH programming and Commercial health plans.
- A valid California driver’s license. Must be able to show driving record and personal vehicle insurance coverage.
