Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced BCBA to help with the Clinical Supervision and operations. The right candidate will be creative, organized, practical, focused, personable, able to track and manage many detailed activities that are required to keep the agency running smoothly. Our client specializes in providing ABA in the natural environment. This position has opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise Licensed Behavior Specialists in creating and implementing quality ABA programs.

· Mentor new clinicians to develop ABA programming skills and navigate interactions with parents, teachers and technicians.

· Review assessments, treatment plans and providing staff supervision and training.

· Perform quality checks of clinical documentation.

· Provide ABA skills training to field staff and new hires.

· Maintain a small caseload (3-4 cases).

· Additional administrative activities.

Requirements:

· Board Certification (BCBA)

· PA Behavior Specialist license required
