We are Beverly Rehab, and we manage numerous treatment clinics based in California to help clients with mental health and substance use disorder (SUD). We’re looking for reliable employees who have a positive attitude and a commitment to ensuring the job always gets done well and are interested in joining our substance use disorder treatment team long-term; we are in search of Case Managers who will run group addiction and mental health counseling sessions with our clients over zoom and coordinate client care with our excellent treatment team of therapists, doctors and mental health experts.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group addiction and mental health counseling sessions with our clients on zoom
• Meet weekly for one-on-one counseling sessions on zoom with a caseload of clients you’ll be assigned to see every week
• Document each counseling session in accordance with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) requirements
• Oversee coordination of client needs and work in collaboration with client and primary therapist in treatment/discharge planning and goals, identifying additional needed support services including educational, vocational, legal, recreational, mental health, and social services

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience running group counseling sessions for mental health and/or addiction
• Must have or be willing to get certified with RAD-T, SUDRC, or CATC from CCAPP, CAADE, or CADTP to become a properly credentialed case manager
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with challenging clients suffering from severe addiction
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proficient use of MS Office, Zoom and other common computer programs
• Must have reliable computer, web camera and internet connection

Schedule and Location:

Monday - Friday

• Saturdays when needed

• #1 12:00pm - 8:30pm (EST)

• #2: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (EST)

This position is remote.

Compensation:

$17-$18 per hour plus health insurance, PTO and 401k

*Disclaimer: We require all new employees for this position to get a tuberculosis test and a health screening report (in this case a drug screen) prior to employment, and we will reimburse you for any expenses you might incur.

You also must be willing to get SUDRC accreditation to become a credentialed case manager if you aren’t already properly credentialed. We will help you attain this and reimburse you for the fees after your 90-day probationary period.
