Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) - The Bronx/Westchester

Location: The Bronx/Westchester, New York

Winston is seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in The Bronx/Westchester area. As an LMSW, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive social work services to individuals, families, and communities in need.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.

· Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families facing various challenges such as mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, and homelessness.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care.

· Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

· New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification required.

· Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of community resources in The Bronx/Westchester area preferred.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
