Compensation and Benefits

- Full-Time Salary: $75K - $120K, based on experience and performance.
- Part-Time Pay: $55K - $75K annually, on average.

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist
As a vital part of our clinical team, you’ll provide high-quality therapy services to help children achieve their functional goals. Your role involves collaborating with other healthcare providers and educating patients, families, and caregivers on supporting their progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure a 95% positive satisfaction rate, measured through random surveys.
- Goal Achievement: Meet 80% of proposed goals by re-evaluation.
- Efficiency: Achieve 100% of billable hours as outlined in your Employment Agreement.
- Attendance: Maintain a 90% or higher arrival rate during scheduled hours.
- Timely Documentation: Complete daily documentation within 24 hours of patient visits and all evaluations/re-evaluations/progress reports within 48-72 hours.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree and active PT license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (pediatric physical therapy experience is a plus)
