Join Our Team as a Pediatric Physical Therapist at Goodcare LLC in Mitchell, SD

Goodcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in Mitchell, SD. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist at Goodcare LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages to help improve their physical development and enhance their quality of life. This position can be Full time, Part Time, or Flexible Part Time depending on therapist preference. If you are a PT interested in a PRN position we have that option too!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children with various conditions and developmental delays.
• Create individualized treatment plans to address each child's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
• Educate parents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical therapist in the state of South Dakota.
• Experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses and developmental delays a plus. We will train new graduates!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential and achieve independence.
