Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Register Behavior Tech (RBT) to join our dynamic team! As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to provide ABA-based therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. You will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, collecting and recording data, and providing support to families.
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA-based therapy sessions, following established treatment plans and protocols
Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans
Provide support and education to families and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, or Healthcare)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
0 years of experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
