The Director of Clinical Biomarkers will provide scientific and strategic leadership for biomarker activities across BeiGene's clinical pipeline. In partnership with cross-functional teams, external collaborators, and vendors, the Director will develop and execute biomarker strategies across preclinical and clinical programs, including scientific objectives, experimental validation, timelines, and budgets. The Director will also evaluate and advance novel biomarker technologies, translating emerging science into actionable strategies that support clinical development, patient selection, and precision medicine. The successful candidate will bring deep scientific expertise in biomarker platforms, strong communication and leadership skills, demonstrated scientific impact, and the ability to influence program strategy across a complex, global organization. **Essential Functions of the** **job:** **Responsibilities:** + Lead, manage and/or develop the following areas collaboratively (internally and/or through third-party): **1.
