Job Description
This lab technician role focuses on supporting a commercial pharmacy production environment by preparing medications for compounding, assisting pharmacists with day-to-day operations, and managing the shipping and receiving of finished pharmaceutical products. The position involves hands-on work with compounding equipment, sterile production in cleanrooms, and adherence to strict quality assurance and documentation standards.

The role is based in a pharmaceutical production facility that includes multiple departments, cleanrooms, and a shipping dock. You typically work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a schedule centered around daytime production operations. The majority of the team consists of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, creating a collaborative environment where everyone helps out where needed. Work is performed in cleanroom areas and production spaces that require adherence to strict cleanliness, safety, and equipment-handling protocols. You will regularly use production machinery, compounding tools, and packaging equipment, and you will spend time in both controlled cleanroom environments and standard warehouse or dock areas. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
