We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a growing fabrication and manufacturing team in Gadsden, Alabama. This position is responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks on a variety of metal components while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. The ideal candidate will be experienced in reading blueprints, interpreting work orders, setting up welding equipment, and producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced shop environment. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is an indoor manufacturing and fabrication shop with exposure to welding fumes, sparks, noise, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The role involves standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift in a team-oriented, production-driven setting.
