Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is beneficial
• Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and support staff
• Proficiency in assessment and intervention for a range of speech and language disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement targeted intervention plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer direct therapy and consultative support, adapting to the needs of each child
• Educate teachers and parents on best practices for supporting student communication
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
