Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Machine Operator to efficiently run our medical device products and assist with the maintenance of the machines. This role involves supporting the main machine operator and is ideal for someone with a mechanical EXP.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines for medical device products.
• Assist in the maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the main machine operator in various tasks.
• Implement preventive maintenance and perform necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a cleanroom or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with GMP standards and production processes.
• Ability to maneuver 65 lbs reels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating and maintaining packaging machines in medical device or food manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills.

Work Environment

Our facility operates on a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional overtime available on Fridays. The work setting is an air-conditioned manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
