đ§ Fabrication Machine Operator â Custom Metal Fabrication | FullâCycle ProductionJoin a craftsmanshipâdriven fabrication shop where youâll run a variety of metalworking machines from setup through final inspection. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined operators who enjoy handsâon work, interpreting blueprints, and producing highâquality custom components.
đ ď¸ What Youâll Do- Interpret blueprints and sketches to determine job requirements and the correct sequence of operations
- Set up jigs, fixtures, and tooling for accurate and efficient production
- Operate fabrication machinery including press brakes, band saws, drill presses, manual lathes, manual mills, plate rolls, and more
- Inspect parts throughout production using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and precision tools
- Perform inâprocess and final quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Debur and finish components to remove sharp edges and meet safety/quality standards
- Maintain tooling and equipment including sharpening drill bits and performing basic preventive maintenance
- Cut steel, aluminum, and plastics for fabrication work
- Support junior operators when time allows
- Report equipment issues promptly to maintain safe operations
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficiency and safety

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
